I'm trying not to prejudice the results, but yes I did sneak a wee bit to taste :) They were very similar at this stage, and I couldn't tell them apart just from the aroma. As far as taste goes, they were both astringent, but I thought the no heat mead was a little less so. Tune in next year for the blind tasting results.

I know a year seems like a long time to wait, but &lt;i&gt;I've&lt;/i&gt; been waiting for two years and still counting!
