Hello Angela,

I got a gallon, and it's ready to bottle. The aroma is very nice, but the flavor is a little bland. I sweetened it recently in hopes of improving the flavor. Next time, I want to try some vanilla or chocolate extract (just a little!) to see if I can get a nice dry wine out of these grapes.

Hi, I just wondered how this wine turned out???? I have 20 lbs of store bought grapes and am looking for tips. I am a novice, so I am a little confused about how much wine you were able to produce from 20 lbs of grapes.

Thanks for your blog!
